My beautiful little girl is 4 1/2 months old and I have been fortunate to have been one of those moms who has been able to pretty much get my pre-pregnancy body back. By no means am I bragging- I mean, I don't go out and flaunt it. It's just nice that I didn't really have to worry about getting other clothes as I fit in my old clothes almost right away. But, jeans and t-shirts
and sweaters aside, summer is coming. For me, that means shorts, tank tops and bathing suits. I'm especially concerned about that bathing suit because I HATE one piece suits and I want to take Sophie to the pool as often as I can. So, I found a schedule for a February ab workout on Pinterest and I have started! I can only do the exercises after Sophie goes to sleep (all you moms out there know how that goes), but I'm determined to get my abs back by pool season! :-)
